3:00 p.m. the day before by calling the court administrator's office. The
schedules below are prepared Friday of the previous week and will not include
criminal or other matters which are scheduled after that date. Call the

TO CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEYS
On
the current written arraignment form, attorneys must
circle "waive" or "demand" concerning the client's right to a
speedy trial. Especially in Associate District Court, many attorneys are not
circling either choice. We are asking for your assistance in always circling
either "waive" or "demand" on the written arraignment form. Thank you.
