link below for the schedule for each day of the week.
Assignments to specific judges are not shown, but are usually available after
3:00 p.m. the day before by calling the court administrator's office. The
schedules below are prepared Friday of the previous week and will not include
criminal or other matters which are scheduled after that date. Call the
court administrator for more information.
TO CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEYS
the current written arraignment form, attorneys must
circle "waive" or "demand" concerning the client's right to a
speedy trial. Especially in Associate District Court, many attorneys are not
circling either choice. We are asking for your assistance in always circling
either "waive" or "demand" on the written arraignment form. Thank you.
Persons who are required to appear in court for any purpose
must comply with the Orders and/or notices provided by the
court and with the advice of their own lawyer. No one should
rely solely on the schedule shown here, which is only provided
as a service to the general public. The court calendar is
subject to change at any time. The Scott County Bar Association
does not assure the accuracy of the information contained
in this schedule.
