the current written arraignment form, attorneys must
circle “waive” or “demand” concerning the client’s right to a
speedy trial. Especially in Associate District Court, many attorneys are not
circling either choice. We are asking for your assistance in always circling
either “waive” or “demand” on the written arraignment form. Thank you.
